Villa Joty

For the Villa Joty project, we curated a soulful Vintage Tropical retreat that celebrates the raw beauty of weathered materials and the effortless flow of island life. We anchored the expansive living area with original aged timber flooring and a sprawling, built in masonry sofa that follows the architectural lines of the space.

By layering tactile elements such as woven leather lounge chairs, oversized clay vessels, and hand carved wooden pedestals, we created an environment that feels rich with history and grounded in nature. Large glass windows framed by soft linen drapery allow the vibrant garden greenery to act as a living backdrop, ensuring that every corner of the home is bathed in a warm, nostalgic glow.

We designed the heart of the villa to be an open invitation for gathering, where rustic craftsmanship meets refined comfort. In the kitchen and dining zones, we paired solid reclaimed timber surfaces with artisanal straw pendant lights that cast intricate textures across the polished microcement countertops.

We utilized open timber shelving to display a collection of earthen ceramics and glassware, emphasizing a life lived with intention and simplicity. Every detail, from the arched architectural doorways to the strategic placement of lush tropical palms, was chosen by our studio to evoke a sense of timeless tranquility, making Villa Joty a true sanctuary of vintage elegance and tropical ease.
