Santanera

Santanera is a contemporary restaurant interior in Bali that blends mid century influences with rich material layering and theatrical atmosphere. The design embraces bold textures, curated detailing, and sculptural lighting to create a dining experience that feels immersive and memorable.

The space is defined by exposed brick walls, marble tabletops, dark timber shelving, velvet seating, and statement chandeliers. Floor to ceiling steel framed windows introduce natural light while framing lush greenery outside, softening the depth of the interior palette. The contrast between warm materials and industrial architectural elements creates a refined yet energetic setting.

Curved leather banquettes follow the geometry of the facade, maximizing seating while reinforcing visual flow. Custom lighting pieces with fringe detailing introduce a subtle vintage character, referencing mid century design without feeling nostalgic. The mural walls add artistic dimension, anchoring the restaurant’s identity and enhancing the sense of narrative within the space.
