Tamora Apartment

About the project
For the Tamora Apartment project, Paz Studio curated an environment that epitomizes the “less is more” philosophy through a Contemporary & Minimalist lens. The living area features a clean-lined, low-profile sofa set against a vertical slatted feature wall, creating a sense of height and architectural rhythm within the compact space.
We balanced the cool, grey tones of the industrial-style flooring with warm timber built-ins and organic textures, such as the circular jute rug and woven rattan pendant lights. Large glass sliding doors blur the boundaries between the interior and a private outdoor terrace, where a sleek plunge pool and built-in concrete seating are framed by lush tropical greenery, offering an urban escape that feels both expansive and intimate.
The kitchen and private quarters further showcase our commitment to functional elegance through a dark, moody palette and high-end finishes. We integrated a compact kitchenette featuring a striking marble backsplash and matte black cabinetry that seamlessly blends into the living zone, ensuring every square inch is utilized without sacrificing style. In the bathroom, the use of large-format stone tiles and recessed LED lighting creates a spa-like atmosphere, centered around a deep, monolithic soaking tub and a minimalist rainfall shower. This project serves as a definitive example of how Paz Studio utilizes a neutral, sophisticated palette to transform modern apartment living into a curated, serene sanctuary.
